Maggie's Birth Day

Happy Birth Day to my now 5 year old.  Yay!!  I love my Maggie Mae.
Sarah enjoying the chocolate on her cupcake.
 Steve enjoying his cupcake.
And me, enjoying Maggie's day. :D

Rabbit/Duck Winter Quarters

This half and the back right quarter will be for the rabbits.
Sarah wanted to pose for this pic.  It's so cute how they decide to "pose" when they get a pic taken. This is the West side, one window. The North side where Sarah is standing will be solid, you'll see how it progresses.  This was all done today, the new parts.
 The West and South side.
South side, we will have an outdoor run on this side for the ducks. Hi Steve.
The flooring for the rabbits. I'm hoping this will keep them in, we will find out, well, the ground will freeze so if nothing it will keep them in for most of the year.
Sarah wanted another pic.  She is standing on a stump on the other side, so this came out really cool. She is my cutie.  This is what happens when Mags is at school, lots more pics of younger sibling and she is involved in everything we do during the day until sister comes home from school.
Progression already. North side and West side walling. It went pretty fast. So nice we are getting this done, the rabbits need to be moved and bred before it gets too cold so we can have some babies for the winter. :D I want to time it so the baby bunnies are here before James comes for Thanksgiving. Hi again Steve.
Cutting out the wood for the window and I have no idea what the trouble maker is getting into. ;)

Maggie's First Day of Pre-K

Maggie ready for the bus ride to school this morning.  She was so nervous and excited she didn't want to eat too much before she got on the bus, she didn't want to not feel good on the bus.  Such a smarty pants, thinking about herself and the ride before getting on the bus.  Sometimes she drinks so much water in one sitting it makes her tummy hurt, so she was thinking about her ride and I think that is so awesome.  I just hope she won't be too hungry before lunch, she'll probably be too nervous to think about it.  I was nervous this am too, that seemed crazy for me, why am I nervous. lol
I tried to get a picture of her before she got on the bus, but she was too nervous and when I said hi to Gloria the bus driver she promptly said we'll see you and Maggie who hadn't sat down yet gave me a nervous look, like wait I'm not sitting yet and probably had to scramble to go take a seat, because Gloria closed the door and was off. lol She'll be fine and next week she'll be a pro.

Maggie and Sarah

I finished Maggie's new lunch bag for her lunchbox for school.  She wanted a rainbow on one side.  The purple ended up on the bottom and the red is in the inside drawstring part. It turned out pretty cute.
She wanted butterflies on the other side. You can see the red strawberry fabric peaking out at the top in this pic. She is so excited about taking her new lunch bag and box to school.
Sarah and her new baby doll she picked out at the thrift store.  Oh, they had so much fun picking out clothes, skates and a new doll each.  Who can pass up a doll for less that $2 each. Oh, and I found 4 Mancala games.  James wanted me to find one and I got to pick the best from four, so awesome.
Here is Maggie with her new dolly too.  I think they are Disney princess dolls, Sarah's is the girl from Tangled, I don't remember if they called her Repunzel or not and I think the other is a Cinderella doll. We are going to another thrift store tomorrow, but we don't need to go crazy like we did this time.  Give me strength to say no tomorrow.  lol
